Last Longer in Bed - 9 Try It Tonight Techniques

We'll discuss some techniques which you can use instantly to last longer. Don't see them as a PE cure, though in the long run these techniques can kinda cure PE by retraining your body and also lowering anxiety because you did not cum too soon in the previous sessions.
Before writing long articles and instructions to cure PE (which I'll do soon), you can use these techniques tonight to last a little more. These are 'try it tonight techniques'. The better you do this, the more you'll last longer in bed.
You might not feel great pleasure in the initial times, but soon you'll learn to do the techniques without compromising pleasure once you master them (of course, it will happen in a month).


TRY IT TONIGHT TECHNIQUES


1. Slow Down, Partner
Try It Tonight Technique No. 1: Slow Down, Partner

Take things slowly. Longer foreplay - this can be very beneficial; you'll loose the high-spirit and temptation to cum after a long foreplay. You'll become less sensitive to touch after a long foreplay. For her, it is not just penetration, it is something deeper. You have to caress every lock of her hair, every inch of her body.

2. Relax All The Way

Have you noticed during masturbation or when on bed that you actually contract the muscles in the pelvic region? Most PE men do this, especially if the cause of their problem is not medical. When you are very close to ejaculating you are likely to have many contractions in the pelvic region. It is one aspect of nearing to ejaculation.
Try relaxing those pelvic muscles, also called PC Muscle.
There is a type of 'forced relaxing' of those muscles called 'Reverse Kegelling', which for many people, might need practice. It is actually forcing you not to contract. Read about Reverse Kegel Exercises.
And why don't you try relax your full body and enjoy the sensations? It would be better to have a relaxed body and a super-cool mind.

Notes:
1. Do Nirmal Stiti Meditation or Triangular Breathing Meditation before the 'act' to relax you off.
2. This can also help you to observe your body and get to know what happens to your body while the act so as to help you with Easy Practice Techniques to last longer in bed.

3. Deep Breathing or Triangle Breathing
Try It Tonight Technique No. 3: Deep Breathing or Triangle Breathing

Breathe deeply during the act. Don't forget to 'Breathe the Correct Way' (Ctrl + Click on it to open). Breathe from the belly.  Yes, do it now. Feel the air fill your lungs as your belly enlarges (not your chest).
This can provide more oxygen which directly lowers your heartbeat rate, tension and anxiety.
Why don't you try the Triangle Breathing? 5 second inhale, hold for 5 seconds, 5 second exhale. If you have the capacity, you can use 7 or 12 or more instead of 5 seconds.
Triangle Breathing can help you keep track of the breathing. Once you get better, you can let deep, belly breathing happen on its own. You can move on and concentrate on your sensations to know 'em better and be a good lover.

Notes:
1. If you relax as in the previous tip, you'll be able to do this better.
2. Don't get exhausted from too deep a breath. This will take all your excitement, though getting exhausted can help last longer.

4. Tongue Technique
Try It Tonight Technique No. 4: Tongue Technique

Run the tip of the tongue against the roof of the mouth in a circular motion. An easy way to last. You don't believe me, do you? This technique actually works not by distracting you from the event, but by tuning the bodily sensation apart from that 'down there'. Instant and easy technique.

I had better use of this when I suck in and create a suction with the tongue. This makes an energy pathway to move the 'Yang Ching Chi' (or just 'ching') up the spinal cord. (This is a Chinese explanation)
So the next time you do, don't forget to use the tongue before it's too late.

1. Don't consider it a myth.

5. Her On Top
Try It Tonight Technique No. 5: Her on Top

This one is actually a well known technique, yet not much in use. Try some positions in which she is on top and in control. She'll try positions that will make her day, than yours. You'll be less sensitive to her positions. Well of course, if she is a type who wants it 'harder baby, faster' then it might not help you focus. But you bet, any girl would want it slow. You can initiate things slowly, and so she is likely to do things slowly. You can always suggest her to go slow.

Notes:
1. This can also help you to do many other techniques better, especially Try It Tonight Technique 7.
2. One reason is because you're relieved of some 'work'.

6. Eyes Wide Technique
Try It Tonight Technique No. 6: Eyes Wide Technique

Ever tried opening your eyes wide during the full performance? Do it, man. Better focus the eyes on the top. A little known technique indeed.

Notes:
1. You might not get it very easy in the beginning though. Get used to it.

2. It is an excellent combination with Try It Tonight Technique No. 6: Tongue Technique.

7. Legs Wide Position
Try It Tonight Technique No. 7: Legs Wide Position

You usually say 'spread her legs and do it'. Why don't 'you' try it? Why don't you spread 'your' legs and do it? Keep in mind to open your anus, for that's the point here. This ensures more blood flow down there, and to do 'forced relaxing' mentioned in Try It Tonight Technique No. 2: Relax All The Way. In Taoist perspective, this position allows 'ching' another pathway (anus) to escape from the body.

Notes:
1. This is a surefire way when you combine it with Try It Tonight Technique No. 2: Relax All The Way. 

8. Math Technique
Try It Tonight Technique No. 8: Math Technique (not recommended)

Well, you do some mental math. Count back from 200 skipping 3 numbers like 200...197...194... or do multiplication tables of tougher numbers like 12, 13, 17, 19, etc. I don't recommend this because you won't learn about your body when you are preoccupied with Mathematics. You've to actually observe your body to cure PE with yoga and exercises. You won't enjoy the physical relation, but its better than being awful in bed. But remember, you have to be 'in the moment'. Would you like if your partner is doing this during the act? Same for her.

Notes:
1. Don't use the same table or pattern always. You know why.
2. You might even cure PE if you do this in the long run to last longer, because you might have retrained your body to cum later.

9. Food Technique
Try It Tonight Technique No. 9: Food Technique (not recommended)

Eat tons of 'fatty' foods and become fat. Fat men last roughly about 7 minutes longer. The reason is that they have more oestrogen (female hormone) in them that slows their way to orgasm. I don't know, but I think if you inject oestrogen, may be you'll last instantly. This is tricky but I recommend it the least. I don't even like to write it here because I hate this technique and of course it is not much of a 'Try It Now' but quite easy. Consider this just for your knowledge.

Notes:
1. If you're thin, keep a well balanced diet and become moderate in size. Needn't go too fat to last a little longer.

Food For Thought:
1. Are most PE men thin? I think so.

Reverse Kegel Exercises

Just push out you pelvic muscles. This is exactly the opposite of Regular Kegels in the previous article. You are going to mimic the muscle movements of the opposite things - when you want to force out a fart, or when you want to pass out your urine faster, or when you push out while emptying your bowels. I have added this in 'Try It Tonight Techniques' to last longer in bed, but you can get it better with exercises.
  •  As initial workout and to know them better, you've to learn and practice while urinating and when you want to pass gas.
  • Quick Push: Push your PC muscles and hold for 1 second and rest for 1 second. This is one rep. You needn't do this with much force. Of course, you might fart once or twice.
  • Slow/Medium Push: Push PC muscles and hold for 15 second and rest for 5 seconds. 
  • Long Push: Push PC muscles and hold for 1 minute and rest for 1 minute. Gradually increase to 2 minutes.
Do the following:
  • Quick Push: 20-200 reps daily. Add 10 reps per week. When you're under 100 reps a day, do twice daily.
  • Slow/Medium Push: 5-50 reps daily. Add 3 reps per week.
  • Long Push: 1-5 reps daily. Add 1 every 14 days. Do 1 minute push in the first week of a rep. Increase the time to 1.5 minutes or 2 minutes after the first week of the same rep. Next rep, 1 minute in the first week again. Got it? If not, please comment. I'll come up with some other way to explain it.
  • In Reality: Do Long Push during the act. Better to keep you legs wid so as to open up your anus. Reasons why this works:
    1. From the Taoist perspective, what happens here is it gives way for the 'ching' to go out through the anal passage. Didn't I mention that it would be better if you use a position such that your anus is open slightly? This position pushes out the 'ching'
    2. From the scientific view, this position allows blood flow in the pelvic region rather that tapping the blood in the penis.

    PC Muscles - Prerequisite Knowledge to Cure PE

    The pubococcygeus muscle (pyoo-bo-cock-se-gee-us muscle) or PC muscle is a hammock-like muscle, found in both gender, that stretches from the pubic bone to the coccyx (tail bone) forming the floor of the pelvic cavity and supporting the pelvic organs.  The Pubococcygeus muscle controls urine flow and contracts during orgasm. It also aids in urinary control and childbirth as well as core stability.
    A strong PC muscle has also been linked to a reduction in urinary incontinence and proper positioning of the baby's head during childbirth. It also supports the physical part of orgasmic and ejaculatory control. For us, we can deal with orgasmic and ejaculatory control.
    Wikipedia quotes: “orgasm is controlled by the involuntary, or autonomic, limbic system, and is accompanied by quick cycles of muscle contraction in the lower pelvic muscles, which surround the primary sexual organs and the anus.”
    As they used the word ‘involuntary’, don’t assume that you can’t control anything. They mean to say that once orgasm has started (or you’ve reached the ‘point of no return’), there is no stopping in it. And they have used ‘muscle contractions’. These muscle contractions are actually the physical side of orgasm. And these muscles (PC muscle) contract not only during orgasm, but throughout the session, or at least in the latter phases. This is very noticeable in people with Premature Ejaculation (PE).
    My point is, if you use good control over your developed and strong PC muscles, you can delay orgasm and ejaculation, and if you use better and timely control over your well-developed and strong PC muscle, you can achieve orgasm(s) without ejaculation, and achieve multiple orgasms. We’ll have separate articles for multiple orgasms. Though both (delaying, and multiple orgasms) are Premature Ejaculation (PE) cures, this section deals with delaying orgasm and ejaculation to last longer in bed.

    We'll discuss some more of those 'Last Longer in Bed Techniques', but these are a little advanced. You need to practice these techniques before you get the fruits. This doesn't mean that they are too difficult, just that you need to get on with it. But yes, they are difficult than those easy 'Try It Tonight Techniques'. In order to not bore you with a long article, I had cut down the article with links to explanations of the respective tips.
    But before that, it is necessary to understand some prerequisite information.
