Last Longer in Bed - 9 Try It Tonight Techniques

We'll discuss some techniques which you can use instantly to last longer. Don't see them as a PE cure, though in the long run these techniques can kinda cure PE by retraining your body and also lowering anxiety because you did not cum too soon in the previous sessions.
Before writing long articles and instructions to cure PE (which I'll do soon), you can use these techniques tonight to last a little more. These are 'try it tonight techniques'. The better you do this, the more you'll last longer in bed.
You might not feel great pleasure in the initial times, but soon you'll learn to do the techniques without compromising pleasure once you master them (of course, it will happen in a month).

Have you noticed during masturbation or when on bed that you actually contract the muscles in the pelvic region? Most PE men do this, especially if the cause of their problem is not medical. When you are very close to ejaculating you are likely to have many contractions in the pelvic region. It is one aspect of nearing to ejaculation.
Try relaxing those pelvic muscles, also called PC Muscle.
There is a type of 'forced relaxing' of those muscles called 'Reverse Kegelling', which for many people, might need practice. It is actually forcing you not to contract. Read about Reverse Kegel Exercises.
And why don't you try relax your full body and enjoy the sensations? It would be better to have a relaxed body and a super-cool mind.

1. Do Nirmal Stiti Meditation or Triangular Breathing Meditation before the 'act' to relax you off.
2. This can also help you to observe your body and get to know what happens to your body while the act so as to help you with Easy Practice Techniques to last longer in bed.

3. Deep Breathing or Triangle Breathing
Try It Tonight Technique No. 3: Deep Breathing or Triangle Breathing

Breathe deeply during the act. Don't forget to 'Breathe the Correct Way' (Ctrl + Click on it to open). Breathe from the belly.  Yes, do it now. Feel the air fill your lungs as your belly enlarges (not your chest).
This can provide more oxygen which directly lowers your heartbeat rate, tension and anxiety.
Why don't you try the Triangle Breathing? 5 second inhale, hold for 5 seconds, 5 second exhale. If you have the capacity, you can use 7 or 12 or more instead of 5 seconds.
Triangle Breathing can help you keep track of the breathing. Once you get better, you can let deep, belly breathing happen on its own. You can move on and concentrate on your sensations to know 'em better and be a good lover.

Notes:
1. If you relax as in the previous tip, you'll be able to do this better.
2. Don't get exhausted from too deep a breath. This will take all your excitement, though getting exhausted can help last longer.

4. Tongue Technique

Run the tip of the tongue against the roof of the mouth in a circular motion. An easy way to last. You don't believe me, do you? This technique actually works not by distracting you from the event, but by tuning the bodily sensation apart from that 'down there'. Instant and easy technique.

5. Her On Top
Try It Tonight Technique No. 5: Her on Top

This one is actually a well known technique, yet not much in use. Try some positions in which she is on top and in control. She'll try positions that will make her day, than yours. You'll be less sensitive to her positions. Well of course, if she is a type who wants it 'harder baby, faster' then it might not help you focus. But you bet, any girl would want it slow. You can initiate things slowly, and so she is likely to do things slowly. You can always suggest her to go slow.

Premature Ejaculation (PE) - A Brief Appraisal

Premature Ejaculation (PE) is one of the major concerns for many men. It is the 'ejaculation during the early stages of excitement or soon after the insertion of the penis into the vagina'.

A person suffering from PE can’t last longer before he climaxes in bed (or masturbation). He can’t last longer in bed. He and his partner (if any) do not attain fulfilment and become dissatisfied.

The female partner, due to constant dissatisfaction, soon finds it better to not bed with him. And know if you don’t: ‘a typical man is worried about his partner’s satisfaction than of himself’. And she’ll build up frustration and this might lead to difficulties and misunderstanding in the relationship. 

For the man, he becomes over-worried of the fact that his partner is dissatisfied and he’ll also suffer from frustration he might become a failure in other aspects of life if he is worried about it (of course, he is likely to be worried about it). The relationship is ruined when they are deep in misunderstandings and distrust.


CAUSE
  • A person usually acquires PE from wrong practices of masturbation. A boy, when he discovers from books or personal experimentation that urine is not the only thing that comes out through his penis, becomes afraid or even amazed. Soon he’ll find the practice of masturbation pleasurable. He’ll learn that his parents and the society and his religion would not approve of this behaviour. And what happens? He’ll try to get it off when parents are out at the grocer’s, shopping, etc. or even in the next room. And his major concern is to finish before they comes in to the room. He’ll find certain muscle contractions and positions that’ll help get off as quickly as possible. This is a form of Darwin’s Theory of Evolution – changing one body’s physiology to suit the needs of or to survive in the environment. This will train his body to ejaculate soon and he becomes a PE.
  • Another cause is purely medical. This must be treated by way of medicines. 
  • He’ll discover soon that this is not really the fulfilment. If not, when he is with a partner, he’ll soon learn this. Many of such people end up leading to failures in relationships and/or googling for remedies. This creates anxiety before and during the act leading to the further worsening of PE and this is the mental cause of the problem.


TREATMENT

Premature Ejaculation is surely treatable. A person with PE must treat it too before its too late and end up physical intimacy.

* If the cause of his premature ejaculation is masturbation, his body and mind will be inclined to cumming quickly, he can cure it by retraining his body’s physiology and mind to cum later.
This can be done by specific exercises which increase the strength and endurance of his pelvic muscles and also train it to avoid unnecessary contractions.
His belief in the exercises and small improvements in the beginning can cure some mental part of the problem. We'll soon discuss about many such exercises and routines.

* PE can be treated by different exercise methods and techniques. Here, they aim not only curing PE, but also become multi-orgasmic. He’ll learn to have multiple orgasms but no ejaculation; or multiple orgasms where the last one is accompanied by ejaculation. This can help him achieve orgasmic heights and fulfil a great task – unification of the male and female part of the person. Of course, we'll discuss about becoming multi-orgasmic very soon.

* If his premature ejaculation is due to certain problems or as side-effects of medicines, this must be treated by way of medicines. Nevertheless, if he practices yoga daily and make it an integral part of his life, almost all his illness will be cured, including PE. But this can take at least more than a couple of years.

Masturbation

Masturbation, or primarily touching oneself is considered perfectly normal by doctors, psychologists, etc. Its an easy way to learn your body and please oneself. You can get off the already built-up 'ching' tension without committing physical relations with partner. So you can get off without harming others.

But if done the wrong way and frequency, well, masturbation is bad for health. You're going to read the side-effects of masturbation.

  • Getting obsessed with masturbation is the major psychological issue here. Some people can't sleep without getting it once or twice or more a day. Their need is rather a psychological concern and should be cured.
  • Another problem is that the high frequency can lead to energy losses. And you're spilling the seed, energy each time. You'll get sick, weak, etc. If you do when you've slight fever, you bet it'll worsen your fever; because you wasted life energy.
  • Another problem with masturbation, if done the wrong way, is premature ejaculation (PE). Almost 60% of males suffer from this. They eject semen soon after started stimulating themselves and will leave themselves dissatisfied.
